富时100再创高，静待英国央行利率方向

市场预期全球央行即将降息，买盘延续欧洲股市前两交易日的上涨势头，富时 100 指数在劳动节后的首个交易日表现亮眼。 盘中触及史上最高点8,335.68，上涨1.49%。 指数终场报收8,313.67点，全天涨幅为1.22%。  

工矿业股扭转前一周落后大盘表现，上演强弹行情。 贵金属矿业公司弗雷斯尼洛(Fresnillo) 涨3.3%，矿产及能源集团力拓 (Rio Tinto) 和全球最大商品交易商嘉能可 (Glencore) 收涨3% 至2%，这主要得益于中国在劳动假期期间承诺推行经济刺激和降息，提振基础金属和贵金属板块追涨意愿。  

对利率变化敏感的房地产开发商也跟涨； Persimmon、Barrat 和 British Land 等公司的股价录得 2.8% 至3.5% 涨幅，因国库券殖利率大幅下降利好抵押贷款需求。  

然而，英国石油公司BP公布第一季利润弱于预期，盘中股价大跌 1.3%，幸有股票回购计划缓解卖压，收复部分跌幅。

投资者密切关注减息时机，英镑/美元汇率交投于 1.25附近。 预估英国央行在即将举行的 5 月会议维持利率不变，但投资人期待的是提前到 8 月而不是 9 月的首次降息时间表。 于4 月时，英国央行行长安德鲁贝利 (Andrew Bailey) 表达乐观言词，指出英国通胀似乎有望实现 2% 的目标。 英国通胀率在2月报 3.4% 后，3 月续降至 3.2%，是 2021 年 9 月以来的最低水平。 2022 年 10 月，整体通胀率曾经达到 11.2% 的峰值。
